Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I did. I ended up waiting until yesterday so that I could have the correct workman's comp paperwork when I went in. He said it was just a sternum contusion, but to pay attention for signs of swelling around the heart (some fancy name I don't remember
).
I'm feeling okay just still have the pressure feeling in the check and occasional pain with coughing, deep breathing or sneezing.
