It's official!
We are in escrow! Our offer on the house was accepted so now we are driving up for an inspection and appraisal, and if all goes well we will close on May 2.
In other news - H got news about his transfer and he will start work in VA on May 15! His new boss seems so much better than the one he has now and has already approved his vacation in June. YAY!
