c25k - 20 min run this weekend
This weekend is my 20 min run (W5D3). I can't say I'm not nervous, but I keep trying to remind myself that I trained for this and I can do it.
Just this morning when I was running I was thinking back to the first week and how 30 sec was a struggle. I'm pretty happy with the progress I've made!
Tomorrow it is supposed to snow, if it melts quickly I'll run in the afternoon. If not I'll go Sunday morning.
You ladies have been so encouraging to us beginners, so for that I thank you!
Re: c25k - 20 min run this weekend
I do this all the time. That and like pp said, keep telling myself "You can do ANYTHING for 20 min... you can do anything for 10 min... 5 min..." etc.
Glad you can do the run over the weekend and good luck!
I'm in week 3 right now and I always think about week 5 and how scared I am. I know I am psyching myself out, but it's hard not to.
Good luck! I'm sure you'll be fine! Like you said, remember all of the progress you've made already. You can do it!

I did this earlier this morning and it felt great!! I honestly was really wary of it and I didn't think I could do it, but I did, and I know you can as well! Good luck!!
Congrats!
Thanks everyone for your encouragement!
