L: tuna mixed w/ 1T LF mayo, finely diced carrots, S&P on ww, sun chips and an apple

S: orange

D: cheese & mushroom pizza

E: either short run of 2-3 miles or 40 minutes on the AMT machine and lifting for biceps & triceps

    L: going out, not sure where yet

    E: gym later, don't have a game plan yet. 

  • B: 2 eggs, ww toast w/tiny bit of jelly, grits, 8 oz 2% milk

    S1: ww crackers

    L: not sure; on the go at doctor's appointment. Maybe Chick Fil A sandwich and medium fruit cup, unsweet tea, If not, Clif Bar.

    D: Not sure, hopefully pizza out w/friends if I feel up to it.

    E: None, regularly scheduled day off

  • B: egg whites with reduced fat cheddar, tea

    S: grapes, cheese stick

    L: spinach, bleu cheese crumbles, craisins, maple balsamic dressing

    S: carrots, apple, air popped popcorn

    D: stove top mac and cheese??

    E: scheduled rest day, but may run 3 teensy miles, which would push my weekly totals up to 32 miles (highest ever since running, the previous "record" was 25)

    S: A few Starburst - found them on the way out the door to work & apparently craved a sugar rush before getting into the office ;-)

    E: Unsure - My run after work yesterday caused a major allergy attack (even though I'm on my prescription allergy meds), so either something at the gym (elliptical?) or day off.

  • B: Slice of whole grain cinnamon toast w/ 1/2 teaspoon raspberry jam, banana, 1/2 serving cheese tortellini, iced peppermint mocha.

    L: Tortilla wrap with 2 over easy eggs, 1 slice Havarti cheese, 1/2 cup radicchio, 1 sun dried tomato chicken sausage. La Croix.

    S: Grapes.

    D: Shredded chicken taco salad with sour cream-lime dressing. 

    E: Bike commute to and from work. 

  • B: omelette with fruit & whole grain toast; coffee & small glass of orange juice

    S: protein bar

    L: oatmeal & an apple

    S: 1 rice cake & greek yogurt; probably some hot tea

    D: grilled shrimp & vegetables; brown rice

  • Rest day today- just realized I haven't had one since last Friday. Long run tomorrow :)
