Ok, first you need to get a mani and pedi stat!
Then - pick up the UD Naked 2 Palette. Not the Naked - it's too shimmery and that can be so ticky-tack.
I'd really do something about those highlights...
You may need a stylist for your "look". I can help there. I suggest losing the acid wash jeans - those are so 90's! - and going with a pair of dark J Brand skinnies. Maybe a pair of Tori Burch Revas, some aviator sunnies and a scarf to hide that horrid shirt.
