just because I'm on welfare does not mean people should be able to tell me how to spend my money. if johnny wouldn't have spent his whole check on lottery tickets today, WHAT would i look forward to in life? besides birthing more kids? it's all i have.
Well, you would have looked forward to boring old groceries. But now that you have lotto tickets you can dream of vacations to exotic Jacksonville, FL!
That's a better quality of life right there.
