Q about Nordy's price match, and wdyt of these bags?
I have a Kate Spade 20% off in store coupon. I'm wondering if anyone has ever asked Nordys to honor this coupon with their price match policy? I just "live chatted" and they said they can't honor it online but that I should ask my local store. So I plan on going in and asking in person this weekend, but don't want to waste my time if it's a definite "no", ya know? I have some Nordys notes and gift cards to use so could get a screaming good deal if I buy the bag there instead of going to the actual Kate Spade store.
Also, WDYT of these two bags?
I absolutely LOVE the color green and literally squeeled when I saw this one in my email today...but the patent would be $100 more than the white and green one, and they don't have the patent green at Nordys so it would be a lot more expensive for me to actually purchase it out of pocket, vs using gift cards and such on the green and white one. Also the white and green one is some sort of canvas-y material judging from the pics, which I don't know how I feel about that. Anyway, I think I'm leaning towards buying the green patent one, which would be the second purse I've bought this month that I couldn't use my gift cards on (which was the whole point of the gift cards, so I could get a new bag!)

I think I prefer the two-tone, but I agree w/ PP that I like crossbody bags to be less structured so they don't bump around so much when you walk.
I think the two-tone is laminated canvas, which looks pretty good to me in person (although I haven't seen this particular bag). Don't know how well it holds up, though since I've never owned anything with it.

I'm not worried about them not being softer leather and more moldable, I don't mind a structured/hard crossbody bag.
