So I asked a few weeks ago about CrossFit and how many runners do it and enjoy it or who prefers it to running... yada, yada, yada.
Anyway, I signed up for a free fundamentals session last night and LOVED IT!
My hubby and I were the only ones there (it's a small gym just getting started) and we went over what exactly is CrossFit, the nine fundamental movements, safety in the gym, then got into our workout.
We did Baseline (500m row, 40 squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups, 10 pullups) and I beat my hubby! He gave his all on the 500m row and I caught him in the situps/pushups portion.
I'm so amped up. I cannot wait to finish up the other two fundamentals classes and really get started!

Do that baseline every once in a while to track your progress. . . and write down your results from each WOD. It's really fun to watch your times and weights improve!!
