I have a bone to pick with working mothers.

Do you not understand that you are destroying society?

Listen to what my handsome hunk of a husband has to say:

"In far too many families with young children, both parents are working, when, if they really took an honest look at the budget, they might find they don't both need to. ... What happened in America so that mothers and fathers who leave their children in the care of someone else ? or worse yet, home alone after school between three and six in the afternoon ? find themselves more affirmed by society? Here, we can thank the influence of radical feminism."

We must reverse feminism here and now. God did not want women to have choices. HTH.

Re: I have a bone to pick with working mothers.

  • I am just annoyed b/c I work in an office with a lot of working moms and their kids are ALWAYS sick and the moms are always dropping the ball on their work.  That means that those of us who don't want to procreate have to do WAY more work and it's so annoying.

Plus working moms usually dress pretty bady - would it kill you to go to Banana and get a suit that fits for that 8-week post-partum body?!

  • The dwarfs left me home alone all day! Crying

  • I have a great bone for working mothers too.

If you put a nice soup bone with some water and veggies in the crock pot before you head to work, you'll have a nice beef and vegetable soup at the end of the day.

They may criticize you for working, but at least they can't say you're not giving your family enough protein!

  • If that's the case, you and your husband should love us. Our unemployment rate is so high, no one works.

it must really suck to wake up everyday and work.  i feel sorry for your husbands.

Oh no, I am so very sorry dear. I felt like God was leading me to share your wise words with these ungodly women, but I should have asked you first. I am still learning submission after all these years, aren't I?

  • You're wasting your breath, Ms Garver. If the dreaded second shift doesn't keep my mother at home, nothing will.

  • While I agree god doesn't want women to have choices, I love it when the lady docs handle me.  I want them to keep working my pole.

  • I agree with you. Married women should stay at home to raise their children instead of taking jobs away from male bread winners. That doesn't mean you should get all my paycheck after the divorce. Staying home was your choice. I shouldn't be punished for it.

  • I love working mothers. Without their strong work ethic I wouldn't be the center piece at Easter.
