TOMS CS

So apparently they're closed today because I have called and tried to contact them via online chat with no success. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes, same with the online center. I received a pair of them today and they have a hole in the top of the shoe, very noticable.

 Has anyone had any experience with their exhanges? I want the shoes but I have a feeling they're going to make me pay for their mistake (return shipping for the exchange).

  • I've ordered a LOT of TOMS (as in, my entire wedding party wore them + I have my own pairs). Whenever I needed an exchange I did it at Journeys in the mall, which sells TOMS. Sorry I'm not much help.

  • Aw, thanks for trying though! These are tiny toms, for my 2 year old. The color I ordered/received is sold out in the stores I've been to :( Crossing my fingers they're more than kind about it when I finally get through..

  • I was really impressed with Toms CS. I bought wedges where the sole came off after only wearing them two times, and they sent me a brand new pair of my choosing, and said I didn't even need to bother sending back the other pair. Definitely great in my book.
