Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. So apparently they're closed today because I have called and tried to contact them via online chat with no success. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes, same with the online center. I received a pair of them today and they have a hole in the top of the shoe, very noticable.
Has anyone had any experience with their exhanges? I want the shoes but I have a feeling they're going to make me pay for their mistake (return shipping for the exchange).
