  Are you sure? Mine says not valid at JCP stores. Most sephora promotions aren't available in JCP ones. But occasionally they have their own promotions, I understand.

  I checked the card I got in the mail yesterday and it said the discount was available at jcp. The email I got about VIB preview day (with the umbrella and stuff) said it wasn't available at jcp.

  So I assumed that you could use the discount just not on preview day. This of course could be wrong. I'd just call and ask.

  My jcp doesn't honor any coupons I've ever had either. I always check because I live really close to a jcp with sephora. Boo!

  I used mine this afternoon. The card itself wouldn't scan, but they had a little booklet w/ the bar code in it that they scanned for me.
