Need fashion/accessory advice right away for this dress! PIP
DH and I are going to a nice awards dinner tonight (officer awards) and I need to go out to the store ASAP for accessories (or search my jewelry box!)
Also, here is the same exact dress at JCP.com but the one pictured is a blue color. The one I have is a wine color.
I would like to wear this dress but I am HORRIBLE at accessorizing. I'm leaning toward silver/platinum accessories but then I worry that it's too offsetting. Gold just seems to.... idk... not a fan of reds and yellows paired together but if its what looks good I'll do it....
Also thinking I will do just earrings and bracelet? (But what color/kind?) Also regarding earrings.... hoops, danglies, studs? I only have 1 hole per ear.
The shoes are peep toe sling-back black stilettos (sorry I don't have a picture).
ANY fashion advice is appreciated... the sooner the better because I'm running out of time.
Also - are pantyhose a no-no??? I only ask because my legs are stark white and I'm afraid might stand out a LOT. But I thought hose were out of style. Ok, now I need advice with that too, lol.

I'd wear earrings and my wristwatch. Both are gold because I only wear yellow gold or gold/bronze tones, that's just all I wear due to personal preference. I wouldn't wear a necklace, so I'd probably wear chandelier earrings (I don't like hoops and never wear them).
I would wear sheer hose (black/brown/beige). I don't care what everyone else does, I wear hose a lot with skirts/dresses, unless it is a very casual skirt/dress, and my legs are tanned. Hose make my clothes fit better and smooth out my cellulite.
Just my personal preferences.
I would not wear pantyhose with peep toe shoes.
I'd wear stud earrings and a bracelet. Maybe a very simple pendant necklace.
