Primal, Paleo, Clean Eating.. what's the difference?
I'm confused.. Been reading too many blogs. What's the difference between primal and paleo? And how do they relate to clean eating?
They all seem very similar to me. Thanks for any info!

Re: Primal, Paleo, Clean Eating.. what's the difference?
Paleo= stricter about nuts, seeds & dairy
ETA: Nevermind
Paleo and primal are very similar. Primal allows for dairy if you tolerate it well. Both avoid grains, added sugars or chemicals, legumes, bad fats, soy. Both focus on whole, natural foods like meat, veggies, fruits, nuts, good fats.
Clean eating still allows for grains (promotes whole grain) and legumes and from what I have seen focuses on lower fat.
