Micah True was found dead
I'm totally bummed for his family. His wife is friends with some of my running friends and I am on the group email list. I feel so devastated for her.
No one knows what happened except that he was out for a 12 mile run.

2012 Reading Challenge
I got another email that says it looks like a heart attack. He had water next to him. His ultrarunner friends are carrying him out.
I hate thinking about how healthy runners get heart attacks.
