Need a new facial moisturizer

I have very dry skin and just started using Retin A in addition to my hydroquinone and my current moisturizer is just no longer cutting it.

I was maybe going to try Bliss The Youth as we Know It.

Any recommendations or reviews of the above?

TIA!

Re: Need a new facial moisturizer

  • I just started using Jurique products and they seem very nourishing.
  • i don't know anything about that specific bliss product, but i do know it is a high quality brand. i just started using pure argan oil as my moisturizer, and i love it. it doesn't make me greasy, and i like that it is all natural. my skin has improved a lot since using it. i got mine from the cosmetic section at whole foods (rather than the $60 one sold at sephora).

  • Nights I use retina a I use a simple (but strong) moisturizer. I read at some point that other things can disturb the ability of retin a (really if was glycolic products) so not to use at same time. I over reacted lol and use first aid beauty (at sephora) those nights since I figure the retina is doing the rest of the hard work. I like the combination.
    I've heard it both ways.

Thanks for this rec!  The bliss cream would be very expensive so this sounds like an interesting alternative.
