doing one legged burpees. My knees hyperextend and I think I went a little nuts on the kick back and hyper-hyperextended it. I did this on Tues. I haven't been able to do things like plank jacks or mountain climbers but I can jog and such.
Well, this afternoon it started to hurt to squat. Does anyone know of anything i can do for this? It's a sharp pain pretty much behind the patella

Yikes & yikes. But I do agree. Try to get as much rest as you can, try the old RICE method...as much as its possible for you....GL!
