If you could only choose 2 pairs of shoes for summer
what would they be?
I'm sure I'll be buying a lot more than 2 pairs this summer but I need some cute basic shoes that will go with a lot and thought this might help give me some ideas.
Thanks!
Re: If you could only choose 2 pairs of shoes for summer
I'm just going to list casual weekend type shoes, as it's impossible to limit myself to two pairs if we're including work shoes.
Shoe #1 - Boat Shoes. I love my Sperry Angelfish, and got them in gold so they go with a lot.
Shoe #2 - Wow, this is tough. I was going to say a ballet flat in maybe a nude color, but I also think that some type of sandal is essential. I'm going to say a flip flop/thong sandal - not the cheap kind you wear to the pool, but a pair that can be worn with both summer dresses, shorts, and jeans.
These look totally fug online, but I just bought this pair and have been living in these along with my Sperry's. I swear these are cuter in person. http://www.dillards.com/product/Kenneth-Cole-Reaction-Water-Park-Thong-Sandals_301_-1_301_503074111 I got them when I bought my Sperry's because there was a buy two pairs and get 25% off sale, and I just picked a pair of cheap shoes that I thought were cute so I could get the discount. Surprisingly, I wear them all the time.
A flat/low wedge sandals and then a higher wedge.
I wore my natural colored wedges last summer to their death, to work and weekend stuff.

This is what I was going to say
Unless, of course, you already have some neutral flat sandals in your closet...then I would go for some fun/bright colored ones that are still semi-neutral (like orange).
I agree with this. Maybe Toms black wedges (I wear mine with almost everything) and a gold or brow leather sandal.
