When I go running, I've tried a million different types of headphones and with the move of the market to "buds", they always fall out or don't feel secure when I'm running. Not sure if my ears are too small?
Anyone have this same problem or suggestions for headphones that work for them?? Help!
Re: Best headphones?
I prefer the little squishy silicone ones, not the iPod shaped buds. When I *did* use the iPod ones, I bought a package of little colored foam covers for them at the dollar store. It helped keep them from slipping out all the time, and because I put different colors on each one, I could tell right away which was left/right without fumbling around.
I like the squishy ones now, though, because I only run with one anyway and they feel more secure and block out external noise better (nice for travel).

I love my Yurbuds. They don't fall out and they don't hurt my little ears.
I have these: http://www.amazon.com/Yurbuds-Ironman-Performance-Earphones-White-10111/dp/B005Q314NS/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1333328081&sr=8-5
