Planned eating/exercise for Monday

So thankful for a short work week!!

B: oats w/ cinnamon, PB & banana

S: orange

L: mixed greens, romaine, grape tomatoes, avocado, mushroom, black olives & low cal italian dressing, an apple and maybe some fat free chocolate milk

S: cranberry fig non-fat greek yogurt, grapes

D: taco bake my mom made for us

E: rest day - my legs are sore from the weekends runs (11.5 miles saturday & 4.25 miles sunday + weights)

    D: whole wheat linguine with homemade marinara, homemade caesar salad

    E: Power 90 Master Series Sculpt & Ab Ripper 200 after work

    I was too lazy to work out before work, so it's going to happen afterwards with a quick dinner in the wings.

  • B: frosted shredded wheat with 1% milk, coffee

    S: pineapple

    L: leftover kielbasa, potatoes and cabbage

    D: lasagna, side salad

    E: not sure if I'll get anything in, I anticipate this will be a long day (read late night) at work

    L: Boca spicy 'chicken' patty, no bun, goldfish crackers

    D: Lighter spaghetti carbonara w/ ww noodles, light cream, turkey bacon, peas, slice of light garlic bread

    S: chocolate banana chip muffin

  • Ditto - so happy for a short week!  Plus I am taking Thursday off because a friend is visiting, so it's an even shorter week for me.  My first day off since Christmas!

    B: Bran flakes, Fiber One, and Grape Nuts w/ banana in skim milk

    L: Turkey, cheese & veggies on ww, roasted sweet potato fries, cauliflower w/ hummus

    S: Orange, yogurt w/ granola

    D: Cold asparagus soup, French bread & something else(?) with skim milk

    S: Last of my homemade chocolate oat bars.

    E: Run & lifting - I have been totally skimping on my lifting - gotta get back into it.

  • B: overnight oats w/almond milk, protein powder, and blueberries, forgot my coffee at home Sad

    L: will pick up a big grilled chicken salad somewhere

    S: Clif Bar, banana

    E: 30 minute run w/Bob and baby

    D: salmon burgers and grilled butternut squash

    D:  also ? really don't have a lot of time to make dinner tonite, maybe something quick like an omelette.

    L: Leftover pecan crusted tilapia (yes, I'm heating up fish in the office microwave, deal with it) w/ brown rice and broccoli; nonfat vanilla yogurt

    S: Peanut chocolate chip Odwalla bar

    E2: Power yoga

    D: Slow cooker chicken w/ tomatoes, garlic, cannellini beans and yellow bell pepper; brown rice; parmesan

     

  • I wish I had a short week!

    B: Kashi cinnnamon something cereal, 1% milk, coffee w/creamer

    S: banana

    L: turkey on thin, string cheese, pita bites crackers

    S2: greek yogurt and kashi bar

    E: 5 miles...if the wind lets up, outside, if not, treadmill time. 

    D: don't know...the girls and I are on our own tonight.  Probably something NOT healthy in any way.  Smile

    E: 60-90 minute easy mountain bike ride on the 29ner demo bike that I have 

  • B: WW bagel, mini babybel, mango, coffee w/ cream

    L: Lemon Quinoa and black bean salad over spinach, apple

    D: Lemon brown-sugar chicken, roasted potato wedges, roasted broccoli

    S: WW cheese crackers, PB w/ banana

    E: Yoga video, cleaning 

  • B: coffee w/ creamer, multigrain Cheerios w/ milk

    E: spin followed immediately by 2 quick miles on the dreadmill. Trying to slowly get accustomed to jelly legs. 

    L: lentil soup & half a hummus, turkey, & veggie wrap on spinach tortilla 

    S: hb eggs, red bell pepper

    D: turkey veggie chili

    S: a few bites of leftover cheesecake, I'm sure! I can't resist when it is staring at me from the fridge!
