I am back to my pre-pg 5k time. Actually better. My last 5k was 1/1/11 and I ran a 26:13. Yesterday was my first race back and with a goal of 26 min I came in at 25:17. I was thrilled! I really think all the running I've been doing with the jogging stroller has come in handy and made me stronger. Now I wonder what I'll be able to do in another 6 months when I stop bfing and lose the last 6 lbs.
Anyone who isn't loving the stroller, I say keep it up because it can turn into a great training tool!
I haven't been on much lately, as my maternity leave came to an end last week I was trying to get as much done as possible. I hope everyone is doing well and ready for racing season
