Your fashion confidence, a poll!
Are you a trendsetter or a trend follower? Do you add things to your wardrobe because everyone else does or because you really like them? Are you a slave to what's "IN" regardless of what you find attractive and/or comfortable to wear?
[poll]

Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!
Re: Your fashion confidence, a poll!
I think it's been well-established that I'm not a fan of trends.
Updated September 2012.
I picked the "fit in trends" option. I'm open to trends and if I see something that looks great on someone you better believe I'll give it a try myself. I wouldn't call myself "trendy" though. I pass on many of them.
There are certain things I won't wear no matter how popular they become or how great they may look on certain people. Platform heels for example.
I picked "fit in trends".
For example, I at first hated the neon look. However, I started seeing more subtle ways to work the trend (like neon belt with beige colored dress) and thought, "Okay, I can maybe do this." Then Target had a 3-pack neon belt package for $9.99 and figured, why not.
Man though. This Spring is not about subtle with neon and some of those crazy floral pants. Blech. (I admit, there are SOME that are cute. Keyword: some)
I wear what I like and what looks good on me. That does include some trends, but I don't wear them just because they're in, nor do I give up the clothes I love (ahem, bootcut jeans) just because they're out.
