sorry, maybe TMI question about running...

I'm starting my 4th week of C25K.  I'm repeating week three because I didn't feel strong enough to go on.

This is my first period since running and it's really light.  Is that normal?

TIA.

Re: sorry, maybe TMI question about running...

  • I doubt they're related, to be quite honest.  I did C25K as well and I don't think it's enough exercise to mess with your period, but thats JMO.

Could there be another explanation?  New medicine, etc?

Nothing else new...probably just a coincidence.

  • I have been running for a long time and never had that. It could be a number of things. I don't think I'd be worried.

My first thought is coincidence. I also over think it during these coincidences and can't remember "normal" because I'm over analyzing.

But I agree. I doubt C25k is enough to mess with it.
