Have many of you done this? I know a LOT of us have done the 30DS and I even joined a group on this board a while ago when we all started the workout together.
I just did the ripped in 30 tonight. I did it last year when I first saw she had another DVD but didn't get through the first week.
Having done the other one before I know that if I keep up with it I'll be happy but GOOD LORD I hate getting started. Why do I let myself get out of shape? Repeatedly? When I know it sucks starting over again. ?
Re: Ripped in 30
I've done ripped in 30 and still do it occasionally when I don't have a saturday bootcamp class. (although I prefer the insanity workout)
What I notice is that her stuff is hard on my knees for some reason. IF you can get through the first week you'll be okay though. Part of it is just getting back into a good routine again. That makes that first week a little more challenging.
Good for you for getting started again!
In her 30DS all of the plank sets hurt my left knee. Not sure why.
Thank you, it is hard the first week. Today will be day number 2 when I get home from work.
