@ what is the latest you have flown during pregnancy
It sounds like the latest is around 34 weeks (I still plan on asking my doctor for her advice). I am traveling around 32 weeks and people were looking at me like I was crazy that I wasn't planning to cancel my trip. Now I am wondering if I am overly optimistic?

I would have flown at that point - my GP advised up to 34, even 36 weeks depending on the duration. He did mention some airlines require notes.
In the end, I couldn't get cross-border health insurance past 27 weeks, so I haven't gone anywhere by plane (I would just go down South for a week or two). I would have had no problem flying within Canada.
I flew round trip with a 13-month old (!!) at 32w. It wasn't a big deal from my perspective.

27.5 weeks
My daughter was born the next day. I don't know if the flying kicked me into labor or not but it is possible
27 weeks. And it was horrid. My back almost broke.
Thank goodness I was travelling with an older gentleman from work who was extremely chivalrous. He upgraded me to first class using his miles on the last leg of our trip because he could tell I was in so much pain.
ETA - I woke up the day I after I got home with Bell's Palsy. I think the stress from travelling induced it.
I had a wedding to go to (my sister's) at 36 weeks (5 hour drive one way) and the doc OKed it with the plan that I'd have to get out often to walk. Sitting in one place for more than an hour is a real issue for a 32 week pg lady. It maybe one thing if its a 1-2 hour flight vs. a 4 hour flight.
If you have any issues like high blood pressure or early labor symptoms that come up, you'll have to cancel. I think either way its a good idea to have a back up plan just in case you have to cancel.
