Hot Yoga

I just started taking Hot Yoga classes. I absolutely LOVE it. I feel amazing when I leave. So far I have done it 3 times in a week and a half. It might be in my head, but I feel like I can already see definition in my arms!

My question is to anyone who does hot yoga...Is this possible? If you practice weekly do you see a difference? Did you lose weight/fat- not just water weight?

I am so additcted. It's quite expensive, so I am curious about long term results. Thanks!

  • I do hot yoga 5-7 days a week and I finally have found my happy shape. It has totally changed my body shape and definition in my abs, arms, legs and shoulder/back. It is amazing the changes I've seen. I've only lost a bit of weight from yoga alone (more watching what I eat carefully) but I've found my happy shape. Ive really slimmed down and found definition. I take hot flow , hot power yoga, or hot basic and twice a week also a Pilates class. 
  • If you take weekly yoga classes then it may take some time to give you results, so don?t worry about this.
