gym classes--shoes?
I take a lot of aerobics type classes but need a better shoe; I've been wearing my Brooks running shoes but am thinking I need a cross-trainer.
Can anyone recommend a specific shoe for this?

Really you should try on several pairs and see which ones work for you. Everyone's feet are different, so what I like may not work for you.
That being said, I wear Nike Frees for my gym workouts. The ones that I have are specific for cross training. I like them.
