Bridesmaid Hair-Dos... (Advice, please!)
I've been trying to grow out my hair for my SIL's wedding in May. I've been trying to grow it out since about July (it was originally to the bottom of my chin) and I've made some decent progress. My SIL said that she wants our hair in an updo for the wedding and I don't know what styles my length can actually pull off. I usually don't wear my hair up for anything.
I really like the look of a chignon, but I don't know if I have enough hair to do it.
Any suggestions (pics if you can!) would help. TIA!

ETA: Added picture. It didn't paste before.

I can't find a picture of what I'm thinking, but I would curl your hair and then use bobby pins to do a low bun-type thing of curls. Sort of twisting a little here and there and pinning it in place. maybe like this sort of:
I think your hair is long enough to be able to figure out something!

You can definitely pull your hair up, my hair was that length for my sister's wedding. I just told them to do whatever, I have known my stylist for 30+ years so she knows what to do.
okay, don't mind my "dancing" but is the best picture I have of the back.

My hair is about that length and this is what I did with mine for my wedding rehearsal:

I love this blog for all her hair tutorials and make up reviews...Her hair is pretty short and she has 2 updo's that she has tutorials on that are both pretty cute which I think would work for your hair. HTH!

Ditto this - my MOH had hair about your length and did something similar, looked great!
