Pencil skirt with belt?
Does a pencil skirt have to have belt loops in order to wear a belt with it? From pictures that people post, it seems like like sometimes people put a belt at the top of a pencil skirt with no loops.
Just curious how that works.

I belted my cardigan over a tank today, and my cardigan doesn't have belt loops.
