I am currently making a tuna melt using leftover bacon fat from Sunday instead of butter on the bread.
My house smells amazing.
Yes, it's only 11am. But to be fair I had breakfast at 5:45am.

Yum, bacon grease... I love using the leftover grease in the bacon pan for cooking. There is so much flavor.
Another food confession? Sometimes I really just want my Kraft American singles on my sandwiches. Even though I know it is fake cheese. it really just hits the spot.

And yes, the bacon grease adds a little something extra to the grilled sandwich...and I only had to use a TINY bit w/ my nonstick skillet. I like cooking eggs and potatoes in it for breakfast too :-) SO yummy.

I was just thinking of those today. Someone brought in regular Peeps and my mind immediately wondered if there were such a thing as chocolate covered ones. Then I told myself I should make some if there aren't.

They're not completely chocolate covered...only the bottoms are dipped in chocolate. But oh my gosh...SO good. I found mine at Target.
