So I'm packing tonight and wondering - when the FHA appraiser comes back out to the house to make sure our paint job is satisfactory, do they re-inspect the whole house again or is it just the part that required fixing?
I am blasting Ace of Base and "accidentally" dropping books on the floor. Our downstairs neighbor is HORRIBLE and I can't wait to move. Can. Not. Wait.

Re: So nervous LOL
They should just look at the part that needed to be fixed. If the appraiser happens to find any further peeling paint while walking to that part though, it will have to be fixed. Its unlikely to happen though.
They should just be looking at waht needed to be fixed and be on their way.
Just an FYI, I'm not sure what kind of paint you used but a latex acrylic paint will adhere better to surfaces, plain latex paint will just peel off in big strips.
Thanks for the tip! I know nothing about paint. Nothing. So I am hiring a painter to do this, to do it right the first time around!
