inexpensive white eyeshadow
I'm looking for an inexpensive (drugstore-ish) white eyeshadow that's very matte for my browbone/highlight. I don't want any sparkles or shimmers, and it needs to be good coverage.

I was just going to say this, Target carries this brand and all of the products are $1, $3, and $6. Being on a budget means no expensive makeup so when I found the eyeshadow and face powder for $1 I did a happy dance!
