How long to get appraisal results?
So like many of you I am in the waiting process between contract and closing. So much anxiety! The bank appraiser went to the house on Thursday of last week. About how long did it take to get your appraisal results back?
I'm worried because there are no good comps for the house right now-they are much older, or not in as good shape, etc.

it took our lender about 4 business days, and that was with everyone hounding them as we had a shorter than usual contingency period.
we were in the same situation as you--no good comps. appraisal did come back low, but all ended well and on time for us. good luck!
