L: Leftover homemade pork fried rice

S: Banana w/ sunflower seed butter

D: ? either grilling fish and veggies or leftovers

    E: depending on the weather, either a 6 mile run outside or sprints inside and upper body strength 

  • E: 30 min Crunch boot camp, plus another 10 minutes or so of calisthenics with DD #1 for her daily black belt prep requirements.  Hopefully that'll counteract the 3-4 hours I'm gonna spend sitting on my butt in the car driving to my parents house!

    B:  vanilla biscotti coffee

    L/S:  who knows...unless I can squeeze in a grocery run I've got no idea what mom and dad will have in their fridge.  Usually I can count on salad stuff and yogurt, but my dad is home this week (he works for a school system) and he doesn't typically eat lunch if he's not at work.

    D: chinese food...not my first choice, but my mom and sister want to order in, so I got outvoted...I'll probably go for steamed veggies and shrimp.

    D: Ugh. I'm going to a hockey game, so hopefully I can resist the deliciousness of stadium food! My plan is to grab a salad after work, but we'll see how that works out.

  • Not sure if it's allergies or a cold, but I feel terrible =(

    B: Oatmeal

    S: Apple sauce

    L: Turkey, vegetable & noodle soup, corn english muffin w/ cream cheese

    S: Yogurt w/ granola, grapes

    D: Chilled asparagus soup, slice of cheese pizza.

    E: Depends how I am feeling later - maybe some biking at the gym.

  • B: Shredded wheat and Life in 1% milk; coffee w/ milk and sugar

    L: Leftover slow cooker chicken with garlic, tomatoes, cannellini beans and yellow pepper; brown rice; nonfat vanilla yogurt

    S: Odwalla bar if needed

    D: Not sure... we have leftover taco stuff but I also need to use up some chicken, which I would bake with salsa and black beans.

    E: Upper body strength training

  • B- kashi cereal with almond milk and blueberries and black hot tea

    E- either 30ds or body rock tv

    E: swimming & full body strength; followed with protein shake

    D: 1/2 sweet potato & salad with lots of vegetables

    E: 30 minute walk with the dogs and kids after dinner.
