Intervals or overall time increase? Best method?
Hi ladies - Sorry to be a newbie postwhore lately.
I've been looking in to OHR and B28K. OHR slowly steps up the time of your run while B28K uses more interval training to reach the goal.
Is there a pro/con to either? What do you prefer or suggest
I routinely run 3-4 miles without any issues but I like to use these programs because if I don't have a goal I get bored. I want to follow one for the purpose of achievement but am interested in your feedback as to which makes more sense (in your opinion).
Thanks!

Google failed me when trying to find the B28K program so I will just point to plans that H&F folks tend to use. Personally, I have used Hal Higdon's plans for 10M/half and thought they did a good job. I'm not sure what type of interval training the B28K plan calls for, but in general I think it helps to have a good base prior to working on speed.
