Office fashion vent

I have a lot of adorable summer skirts and tops but my office is FREEEEEEEEEZING on a daily basis. I have a thick wool blazer on today with two layers underneath it and I'm shivering! If I wore any of my cute summer clothes I would turn into a popsicle. :-(

Does anyone else work in an icebox? I wouldn't be shocked if it's only 60 degrees in here.

I used to keep Uggs and a fleece at my desk, along with a space heater. It was ridiculously cold all the time in my old office.

I used to have thermostat wars at work, especially in the summers. I was usually outnumbered and wore layers to keep warm in the "meat locker."

My last job was in a small office. I kept a couple of cute neutral shawls in my desk. If it got really cold, I'd use one as a lap blanket under my desk when I was in skirts and one on my shoulders or both. In the Winter, they would shut off the heat most weekends and it would be 52 by Monday morning and wouldn't warm up until Tuesday around lunch since it was in a huge building full of windows. It was horrible since they'd crank the air in the Summer and make it freeze too.

I am ALWAYS cold in every building I have worked in. I've kept a space heater under the desk and a cream wool shawl.

I used to sit with a heating pad on my lap. I don't think it is the safest, but it worked.

My classroom is freezing. It never gets above 65 degrees and that is with a heater running right in front of me. If I help a student at the desks, it is much much colder.

The tough part for me is that my job requires me to go into other people's classes to help students. Often times, the other classrooms are uncomfortably warm so I am definitely have to dress in layers.
