The shoe website comes up for me, but doesn't show a pic for some odd reason.
With the dress I'd wear some bohemian type earrings and probably a cuff. World Market has a lot of good choices - like the first three in the top row and similar ones on down.
I also like a cuff like this, but I have no idea why it's $200. They'll never sell that - try Francesca's or Target.
