SOLD!
I had my wedding dress at a high end consigment shop for well over a year now...I dropped the price 3 times and was getting ready to just pick it up and try and sell it on my own...
Got an email this AM that it sold! FINALLY! It's about 1/2 of what I originally planned on getting from it, but it's still a good amount! That's going to pay down credit cards...yay!
Bittersweet...it's SUCH a gorgeous gown. Literally, my dream gown. But I wouldn't want to hold on to it.

I threw my wedding dress in the trash. We had it in the cedar closet in the basement and when I left my XH I opened the bag and it was covered in mold! Ironic
Mine's still in a closet. Worn 8 years ago, dripped satay sauce on it and never been cleaned.
I'm not sure I could sell it, even if I got it cleaned. Maybe I'll wait until its vintage.
I'll glady show it off as a final farewell. I had dream wedding. Dream marriage? Meh. Not so much!
Gorgeous!! LOVE the lace. Mine was very similiar...it's now spray-painted and hanging in my old garage...hehe.
I loved my wedding dress so much. It was a couture dress but only $400.
Is this a Maggie Sottero?? Mine was and it looks almost exactly like this, but the back was corset laced and the champagne colored tie was attached to the gown.
OP, can I ask if you went through a national chain, or a local one?
I still have my gown (a $$$$ non-see through Pnina Tornai) that I would LOVE to get rid of to help pay down some CC debt...
