How long to get closing date after mortgage approval?
So I am impatient and want everything to just be done with this house purchase. We received our mortgage commitment letter from the bank yesterday, my DH and I signed it and provided all necessary outstanding documentation listed. I handed it everything to the bank this morning since it's on my way to work.
So now I am just waiting for a closing date. I think the bank's attorney contacts our attorney to schedule it. Do you know how long this typically takes?
