Say, collect recipes until Friday, get your assigned recipe that day and have 2 weeks to make it? (Round-up on the 20th?)

Themes that have been previously suggested: Crockpot, desserts, sandwiches, chicken. Any of those (or others?) you'd be interested in?

I love the swaps, but I think I'm going to have to bow out of (at least) the next one. We're out of town most of next week, and then when we get back we're going to start Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution exercise/diet program. I usually don't follow strict diet programs, but I'm going to give it a shot, at least for the first week. After that, I may be back in for swaps if I give up eating what she tells me to, haha!

Most of my favorite recipes require the crock pot -- so if its okay that chicken is cooked in the crock pot -- I have a great one!

I also have an awesome dessert I'm dying to share -- but I'm going to hoard it until we do a dessert swap again!
