I can't really do sweet stuff in the morning unless it's oatmeal, or maybe some bacon dipped in maple syrup.
Not sure this is the same thing - but I'm guessing it's where it is coming from - Momofuku Milk Bar's Cereal Milk Ice cream?

The cookbook came out a few months ago and I'm guessing it's starting to make the rounds.
For the record - I've made the cereal crunch cookies (conflakes, marshmallows, chocolate) - the cornflake crunch is highly addictive and quite good in marshmallow treats.
