I did Stages 1-3 of NROLFW about 1.5 years ago and really liked it, but moved and couldn't afford the local gym at the time.
I've been going to one of those barre conditioning classes every day at lunch, but now with nicer weather, I can walk to a gym with a weight set after work. They also do a barre class on mondays and wednesdays at night.
I was thinking of doing 2 days of lifting, 2 days of barre, and yoga on fridays.. but I'm thinking that may be way too much.. I just need to do something every day.
Thoughts?

Awesome. Next week is a wash when it comes to working out or even breathing, so I'll start the Monday after. I'll finish up my barre class membership this week.
I'm excited to lift heavy again!
