My marathon is next weekend-and of course I did something to the outsde of my ankle. (stupid heels). Its been bothering me for 2 weeks-and now I am paranoid that it won't go away for the marathon. Should I apply heat or ice? I can't remember the order-heat first, then continue icing, or the other way around?
