  • E: ran/walked outside for first time this morning. Phone GPS wasn't cooperating and I was having trouble counting laps, but I think I did 2 1/4 miles in 35min (including warm up/cool down). So almost the same pace as treadmill

     B: egg over easy, whole wheat bread with light margarine and honey

    S: banana, yogurt, grapes, snackwell cookies

    L: to be determined; office luncheon, hopefully grilled chicken or something light/vegetarian

    D: baked santa fe chicken, rice

    I'm trying to increase my protein and lower my carbs (trying to stick to lower GI carbs too) to get over my weight loss plateau.  Today's estimated calorie intake is 1457 and honestly, it seems like a ton of food.  I'm hoping to either do bootcamp tonight or get in a 5K.  I have to pack for a trip tonight, so not feeling confident on getting out for bootcamp.

    Breakfast sandwhich: 3 egg whites, 1 slice sprouted grain toast, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices ham, Coffee

    Snack yogurt w raspberries, 1/2 banana and PB on ryvita toast

    Lunch: large spinach salad 40 with 1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 pita pizza

    Snack 2 PB and 1/2banana on ryvita toast, strawberries, coffee

    Dinner chicken breast, salad, steamed broc, caul, carrots

    Snack 3 almonds

  • 30 mins HIIT on elliptical and hot flow yoga class 
  • B: mini breakfast wrap, cheese stick

    S: cheese, jerky

    L: smart one, crackers

    S: jerky, strawberries

    D: ziti

    E: gym after work, no exact plan yet.

    Thanks! It has been nice going from the double to a single, and luckily Lucy loves it. She looks around the whole time, and never fusses until I put her back in the car. I bet Daisybaby will love it too!
