Hey ladies!  Just thought I should take a moment to say hello since I've started lurking around here and am starting to post. 

My name is Shannon, I'm 35 and newly married.  My hubby and I have started back to the gym after a long hiatus and some on-and-off time prior to the wedding.  I've begun working out with a personal trainer twice a week, repeating the strength training moves a third time on my own.  I do cardio my other days and take one day/week off from the gym.  I've returned to using spark people (which helped me immensly in the past) and started my own blog to help myself keep motivated.

I'm always looking for new snacks, meals, and healthy recipes and after frequenting the destination boards over on the knot figured I'd try over here at the nest ;)  We are heading to Vegas in mid-June and I am determined to look good in my swimsuit! lol
