Re: Kitchen reno excitement
I LOVE farmhouse sinks. If I hadn't bought a sink right after I bought my house at a warehouse sale for a local plumbing supply, I totally would have gone that route.
I vote for a high arch quasi retro faucet as a nod to the "old style" of your modern sink. And as a bonus, you can easily fit pots under them to fill them up.
I haven't posted pictures because the stuff we've been working on is totally boring and not visually impactful. We finished up with the high and low voltage wiring and put in a new subfloor. I can share pics, but they're not terribly exciting.
Hopefully after this week, we'll have more visible progress to share since we'll be able to put insulation back in the walls and start sheetrocking!
I love that sink! My dream is farmhouse sink...but a kitchen reno is pretty far in our future. We need to replace windows/our front door, redo bathrooms, and replace carpeting first.
Slowly but surely, right?

Nice sink! I so want a house that we can make truly our own
Oh well, it's in the 2-5yr plan lol.
