Apparently he's had the internet scrubbed of all such photos in anticipation of this very request. I can't find one either.
ETA:
BTW, that photo of Hillary (the B&W one in my post above) has been circulating like crazy on my Twitter feed for about 24 hours now. The men in my feed - mostly journalists and economists - are downright hot for Hillary in this one.
ETA: The gist of the comments is that they love her looking like she is in command to the nth degree. This is either regret that she isn't President or masturbation material. Or both.
