I am slacking like a motherfvcker today.
I've knocked off a long list of tiny little tasks, but otherwise being so unproductive. My whole office is on vacation next week and most people have already taken off for that at this point.
Good news is, only a half hour til I get to go home and wrestle the cat into the carrier for his vet check up. Good times.

Want to try an experiment for me?
Try to play a female blues singer (Sapphire, the uppity blues women come to mind) on the car ride.
I've found cats that flip out rather like their music in the car...it's the only thing that makes El Gato quit yowlowowowowowling on her way to the vets. (and only FEMALE blues singers. And not jazz singers--no Ella Fitzgerald for her, must be BLUES)

Hmmm. I'll have to check this out. I've been rocking my old ipod in the car which is full of Wu Tang and old Jay Z. I must have something thought.
He's usually not that bad once he's in the carrier, but man, getting him in there is traumatic for both of us.
the other cat freaks regardless of music, so it may just be my freaks :-P
