We are sort of in a two week "try out" right now.
The coaches are throwing some RIDICULOUS WOD's at us this week plus extra work (like after a WOD we have to run a mile for time or do 20 HSPU or do AMRAP rope climbs in 2 minutes or something).
Teams have to be finalized by 4/16 so we'll know by then.
I am so sore. I've been doing the daily WOD's + an extra session of skill work every other day. . . plus I am still teaching 6-8 group fitness classes a week. I work on pullups and stuff before my classes.

But I like it
And honestly, I am so proud of my team. I don't even care if I make it. There are about 6 men and 6 women who are sort of "in the running" for the team and I am one of them. I've only been CrossFitting for 5 months. That makes me proud no matter what.

Tabata row for total distance
and then
2 RFT
30 wall balls (14#, 10 feet)
30 Toes to bar
30 lunges
30 pushups
30 double unders
30 Kb swings (35#)
and then
20 HSPU
so. tiring.
