I had an interview on Friday via Skype with a selection committee. They will let me know by the end of this week about making it to the next round (an on site interview). Do I send a thank you? It is far away and they probably wouldn't get it before they call for site interviews. Should I just email a thank you or wait to send one if I get the site interview.
